Journey
MQDC is part of the DT Group of Companies and was founded on 5th August 1994 with the objective to develop real estate for both rent and sale. Housing and condominium projects under the “Magnolias” brand have been developed. These focus on customer satisfaction by creating homes that are unique in design. Meanwhile, our plans to expand into service apartments and resort projects promise a bright future.

• Property Investment: the company will undertake feasibility studies for property investments and warmly welcomes any potential projects in the form of sole ownership or joint ventures.
