Six Senses Residences at The Forestias Post 78% Sales

Thailand’s first Six Senses Residences, at The Forestias by MQDC on Bangna-Trad KM7, have registered sales of THB 4.7 billion, with 21 of 27 homes sold by 31 May.

1 June 2022, Bangkok – Thailand’s first Six Senses Residences, at The Forestias by MQDC on Bangna-Trad KM7, have registered sales of THB 4.7 billion, with 21 of 27 homes sold by 31 May.

Six Senses Residences at The Forestias range from around 790 up to almost 1,500 sq m in floor space, comprising 27 detached homes around a private lagoon.

The Forestias will also be the location for a new Six Senses hotel with around 80 rooms, scheduled to open in the first half of 2024. Six Senses Residence owners will have privileged access to the new hotel’s facilities and services.

The Forestias’ other super-luxury residential component – Mulberry Grove – has also seen strong sales of THB 3.72 billion as at May 2022.

Mulberry Grove Villas suit multi-generational families who wish to live close together in multiple detached homes. There are 37 homes ranging from around 1,000 to 1,600 sq m.

The Forestias is a 398-rai community located in the rapidly developing Eastern Economic Corridor.
