The Estate (Thailand), a subsidiary of MQDC, held a signing ceremony with Graceful Legend Property Consulting Company Limited for a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on strategic partnership for cross-border business opportunities to serve investors in Taiwan.

7 April 2022, Bangkok – The Estate (Thailand), a subsidiary of MQDC, held a signing ceremony with Graceful Legend Property Consulting Company Limited for a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on strategic partnership for cross-border business opportunities to serve investors in Taiwan.

Graceful Legend Property Consulting focuses on international business development and trading, with specialties in property investment and consultation, international F&B, licensing, and franchising.

The Estate provides sales, leasing, and investment services for MQDC properties and added property management services this year to ensure its services meet customer needs and market demands.

Established under MQDC's service commitment to its property owners, The Estate markets resale units and helps buyers understand the market, negotiate purchases, and complete residency procedures.

The MoU was signed at The Forestias by Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, CEO of MQDC; Dr. Natenapis Sookbang, President of The Estate (Thailand); Mr. Johnson Hsu, CEO of Graceful Legend, with Ms. Janine Hector, Mr. Bruce Hsu, and Mr. Symon Wang.
