16 October 2018, Bangkok - MQDC won recognition for its 'sustainnovation' approach at the annual Thailand International Business Awards (TIBA), which ranked the property developer as first runner-up for the 'Most Innovative Company' trophy.
MQDC was the only property developer to reach the prize's shortlist, reflecting the company's drive for innovation though its research hub, the Research & Innovation for Sustainability Center (RISC).
