The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok will showcase some of the best innovations for safe living whilst also being kind to the environment. The project features intelligent technology for air control that works by including ERV (heat recovery ventilator), a heat exchange technology that refreshes room air by bringing in fresh outdoor air into every unit.
Soundproofing in all rooms will contribute to an exceptionally peaceful home environment. Fire alarm systems throughout have been certificated by global NFPA standards (National Fire Protection Association), so residents can be sure that their building is taking care of them around the clock. Finally, vertical and horizontal sunlight control on each 12m2 balcony will allow owners to really connect to this magnificent riverside setting, while always being safe in the knowledge that their environmental impact is minimal.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok has been developed with one eye on the future, and yet it will immediately be a living, human entity which cares for those who reside within.
