KC will take a 49% interest in Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit, Thailand's first super-luxury 'intergeneration'
residence, which MQDC is building in central Bangkok at 250 meters from Ekamai BTS station.
MQDC CEO Mr. Visit Malaisirirat signed the MoU with KC CEO Koshiro Komoto at Waldorf Astoria.
"We are honored that a dynamic overseas investor such as Kasumigaseki Capital is drawn by Mulberry Grove
Sukhumvit's outstanding design, services, location, and its new 'intergeneration' concept," said Mr. Malaisirirat.
Founded in 2011, KC has achieved robust growth in Japan through real estate investment in areas such as
shopping centers as well as a renewable energy business including several solar power plants.
