MQDC Wins at Asia Pacific Property Awards

4 December 2020, Bangkok – MQDC won awards for “Whizdom The Forestias” and “Mulberry Grove The Forestias” at Asia Pacific Property Awards, announced at an online award ceremony.

Whizdom The Forestias won in “Residential High-Rise Development Thailand” and “Residential High-Rise Architecture Thailand”. 

Mulberry Grove The Forestias won for “Best Architecture Single Residence Thailand” and was a nominee for “Best Architecture Single Residence Asia Pacific”.

The Forestias, where both projects are located, is MQDC’s flagship development. The 398-rai green district at Bangna in Bangkok innovatively integrates a forest to enhance well-being under the company’s watchword of “For All Well-Being”.

Whizdom The Forestias offers 3 condominiums for new-generation singles and families, wedding high-tech design with green surroundings.
