The Forestias Hosts Foreign Trade Representatives

18 December 2020, Bangkok – Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, CEO of MQDC, with Mr. Keerin Chutumstid, President of the Property & Service Business Group of MQDC, and Mr. Somdet Susomboon, Director General of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) in the Ministry of Commerce, held “TPOs Get-Together Party” with 70 international trade representatives from 23 countries at The Forestias, the Land of Everlasting Happiness, and its Forest Pavilion.

The networking event gave the trade representatives insights into The Forestias, the world’s first forested city development designed and built in every aspect for well-being and sustainability.

Located on Bangna-Trad KM7, The Forestias includes multiple residential components with villas and condominiums for a diverse range of lifestyles and family sizes across 398 rais (64 hectares).

The project also includes commercial space for offices, a sports complex, lifestyle activities, retail and food & beverage outlets, family entertainment facilities in a Family Center, a town center for community activities and cultural pursuits, a theater, an event hall, and multiple markets.

A highlight of the project is a 30-rai forest at the center of the development and a 1.6km canopy walkway that links many of the development’s components and provides a ‘nature-walk’ that weaves above the forest.

The Forestias features ‘Whizdom’ condominiums, ‘Mulberry Grove’ condominiums and villas, ‘The Aspen Tree’ residences, ‘Six Senses Residences’, and a ‘Six Senses’ hotel.

There is also a large medical center with state-of-the art facilities and eminent medical specialists.

The Forestias is strategically located in the Eastern Economic Corridor, which is predicted to be the fastest growing development corridor in Thailand, with easy access to major highways and mass transport.

The event was also attended by Ms. Charlotte Donavanik, Advisor for Marketing & Branding to DTGO; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Singh Intrachooto, Chief Advisor to RISC; Mr. Kittiphun Ouiyamaphun, Senior Vice President of The Forestias by MQDC; Ms. Hye-June Park, President of The Aspen Tree; Mr. Roongrote Chongsujipan, SVP of Mulberry Grove Brand at MQDC; Ms. Ruedeekorn Onsawat, Vice President of MQDC, Mr. Surin Warachun, Assistant Vice President and Ecologist at The Forestias; and MQDC executives.
