Enplus, Japan’s leading global relocation company, a subsidiary of Ricoh Leasing, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with The Estate (Thailand), a subsidiary of MQDC, for business expansion in ASEAN.

Tokyo, Japan (8th December 2021) – Enplus, Japan’s leading global relocation company, a subsidiary of Ricoh Leasing, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with The Estate (Thailand), a subsidiary of MQDC, for business expansion in ASEAN.

Enplus and The Estate will reinforce each other’s extensive industry experience, offering premium world-class service solutions.

The Estate offers high-quality resale and rental units at MQDC developments, with expert advice to help its customers achieve their lifestyle and investment goals.

Through the MoU, The Estate will provide specially tailored, one-stop services to Japanese corporate clients and broaden its customer base within Japan.
