MQDC Launches Bootcamp to Grow Thai E-Sports

26 October 2022, Bangkok - MQDC helped launched “eArena MQDC BOOTCAMP” to grow e-sports in Thailand as ASEAN’s first full bootcamp for the sector.

26 October 2022, Bangkok - MQDC helped launched “eArena MQDC BOOTCAMP” to grow e-sports in Thailand as ASEAN’s first full bootcamp for the sector.

MQDC partnered in the event with Infofed, an e-sports leader, and Translucia, a metaverse-focused subsidiary of the media company T&B Media Global (Thailand).

“eArena MQDC BOOTCAMP” helped develop young Thais as professional e-sports athletes to help build a community of 1 million users by 2023.

Mr. Assada Kaeokhiao, Chief Operating Officer, MQDC, said: “The 'eArena MQDC BOOTCAMP' will build an ecosystem to support global competition, linking the real world and the metaverse.”

Mr. Arthid Nanthawaroon, Member of Committee Translucia, said: “The metaverse will enhance e-sports in competitions, athlete development, and realistic spectator experience.”

Dr. Jwanwat Ahriyavraromp, Founder and CEO of T&B Media Global, and Mrs. Thippaporn Ahriyavraromp, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of MQDC, with Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, CEO of MQDC, joined the “eArena MQDC BootCamp” at MQDC Studio, Bangna-Trad.

“eArena MQDC BOOTCAMP” had 3 main elements: 1. Support for eArena team athletes, 2. Courses on gaming and e-sports, 3. Content that shared the roadmap for the companies.
